Following our 2021 anniversary tour of Park Hill, the SSA plans to revisit the redevelopment several times over the course of 2022, beginning with a look at Phase 2 now that it is in handover.

 

As part of the September 2021 tour, Alim Saleh of Mikhail Riches, project architect for Phase 2 of the redevelopment, led the tour around the perimeter of the ongoing construction works, describing in detail their aspirations and design in terms of materials, performance, space and place. This tour revisits this block as it nears completion, and will take us internally including some of the completed apartments.
