Heart of the City, Phase 1 - HSBC's Grosvenor House

Leonard Design's mixed-use building marks the beginning of the regeneration of Sheffield City Centre. Soon to be occupied by HSBC, a number of retail units at ground floor level, and with a dynamic and vibrant new public realm encircling it, Grosvenor House is nearing completion. 

 

AXIS Architecture and project managers Arcadis have worked closely with HSBC for many years in branches and offices across the country, but this project represented a new challenge. AXIS and Arcadis will lead the tour at a critical time in the process of the build, and are able to offer an insight into the evolution of the building and its position as the instigator of the Heart of the City project as it unfolds.

Booking and PPE are essential. Please meet at the top of the carpark ramp, at the corner of Charter Row and Rockingham Street, no later than 12.30pm. We must keep to schedule so regret that late-comers will not be admitted.
