Block H - Elshaw House and Cambridge Street Collective 2pm

*Elshaw House, Sheffield's first zero carbon ready office once completed, is due for completion in 2023. The striking building is designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studio and offers 70,000sqft+ Grade A space. The fully electrified building even has a south facing roof terrace.

*Cambridge Street Collective is a large hall/ restaurant venue. In contrast to the new Elshaw House, much of the existing fabric is to be retained with the project including Grade II listed Bethel Sunday School and street facing elevations of the Henry's building. Elshaw House and Cambridge St. Collective form part of Block H which is viewed as the 'cultural heart' of the masterplan.

Kangaroo Works 3pm

*Kangaroo Works is a 46m high residential block within the Heart of the City regeneration master plan. Designed by Whittam Cox Architects it is due for completion due in 2023. It contains 364 dwellings and 5 commercial units at ground level. It has been designed taking inspiration from Sheffield's industrial heritage, from the brick facade to the vernacular Sheffield courtyard typology.
