Conversion and re-generation of a dilapidated Grade 1, 19th Century Cart Shed and associated outbuildings known as the ‘Stickyard’; to provide a series of flexible teaching/ presentation spaces as part of an outdoor education centre on the Chatsworth Estate in Derbyshire. The works include the careful restoration of the building and sensitive provision of incoming services, foul and surface water drainage as the building was ‘off grid’ with no existing services.
