Led by Citu site manager, a tour of Little Kelham. A development of 107 homes using the “Passive Haus” system also includes the refurbishment of existing Victorian buildings such as Eagle Works. Built in the Kelham Island district, the project is designed with a focus on sustainability and creating a community, using co-operative principles.
