A one hour tour of the sustainable home designed by Paul Testa Architecture.
The sensitive site and strict constraint have shaped the building which is designed as a ‘sunken, walled garden’. Materials have been selected to reduce impact on the site which is in the yard of a farm house between residential homes and backing onto allotments. The low energy home is designed with a performance design target of AECB Silver standard (uses the same methodology as Passivhaus).
