About Jack Badger

https://www.jackbadger.co.uk/

Situated deep in the heart of the Peak District, Jack Badger use traditional carpentry and masonry techniques to design and create bespoke fittings, furniture and other architectural features. With over 60 years' experience across a team of 7, they bring together some of the most talented and dedicated craftspeople in the UK.

The journey of every project they undertake is completely unique - and it starts with design. Taking inspiration from the study of listed buildings and historical houses, and applying a deep appreciation of how different materials respond to their environment, designs are crafted to fit their purpose, while remaining sympathetic to the style, age and type of building they will ultimately become part of.

They also go out of their way to source and select the most beautiful, natural and sustainable materials for each assignment. This is just another part of their commitment to ensuring that every tailor-made commission is given the upmost care and attention, using time-honoured, low-energy techniques and tools to create something that will live and be loved for centuries to come
